Our captains are all USCG licensed Masters with a Towing endorsement as a minimum. They live work and play in our local area and have extensive knowledge of the local waters. On average a captain will have more than 20 years experience on the water and a strong background in problem solving and customer service.
 Chris Shaffner
Owner and always on call, Chris is a native floridian and has grown up on the waters in South Florida.
 Ryan Helmig
Ryan is also a natural born Floridian, with over 15 years as a Commercial Assistance Captain. There is little he has not seen and even less that he cannot do.
 Craig McCarter
Craig has been with TowBoatUS for over 4 years and has proven his salt with over 600 tows under his belt up to 200 feet.
